Get unstuck.

In a way that lasts.
Feeling stuck when you need to move forward makes everything exhausting. Overwhelming. You-are-on-my-VERY–LAST-nerve-ifying.
If you know something isn’t working, but you’re not sure how to change it … or even what change will make the difference … let’s talk.

But here’s the thing: Quality of life is mission-critical.
It’s not a nice-to-have once everything else is taken care of. It’s the foundation that makes you effective. It keeps your brain working at the speed of life. Enables you to be agile and engaged. And it keeps you from crashing and burning out – or enables you to recover from that.
I learned that the hard way (0/10 would NOT recommend).
I work with the people who do the hardest jobs on the planet: first responders, public safety, humanitarians, special needs families, doctors and nurses …
And I help them:
- Figure out what’s not working and WHY,
- Identify what needs to happen to make life work more effectively,
- Decide HOW to do those things, then
- DO THAT. Because let’s face it – knowing what needs to be done is the start, not the finish line.
If that sounds like something that might be helpful, reach out any time to book a free 30-minute conversation.

You’ve been taking care of everyone for a long, long, time and you’re noticing you’ve started to feel like your whole life is taken up with things that drain you, and not much that fills you up again.
Or perhaps some part of your previously optimal life has recently crashed – funding got cut … a role was made redundant … a relationship ended … you got sick … choose your own adventure … leaving you to figure out what the next chapter looks like.
Maybe you’re just trying to recover from one day fast enough to deal with the next one.
I get it.

And my job as a coach is to help you do that more effectively and with less time, less stress, and less struggle.
Because let’s be honest: to be where you are, you’ve had to be a smart, creative, resourceful person. You could eventually figure this all out.
But eventually can be hard to get to when you already have less time / energy / capacity-to-carry-one-more-thing than you need to. And if you’re checking out my website, I’m guessing that you want (or NEED) something to change sooner than ‘eventually’.
The way I can help is by providing not just an outside perspective, but one that is backed by training and experience focused on strategically building solutions that work in clients’ individual situations, then field testing those solutions together to work out the bugs and streamline progress.
I’m with you from assessing what’s not working to moving forward with a fully tailored and tested action plan of steps you know you can manage.
|
We start where you are. Not with a personality assessment or a five-year plan, but with honest conversation about what’s actually happening and what you actually want. And those may be two very different conversations. Many of my clients arrive already exhausted from trying to answer that question alone. |
We separate the road-blocks from the decisions. Exhaustion is a terrible foundation for making healthy, logical, practical choices. Burnout makes things even harder. So we’ll start by getting you enough space and wellness to choose well, rather than making decisions out of fear or with fatigue clogging up your overwhelmed brain. |
We build your next steps intentionally. That might be a transition into something new. Or just changes to the way you’ve been working – that work better for you. As your coach, I have no agenda but helping you achieve your preferred outcomes. |
If that sounds like it might be what you’re looking for, let’s talk.
30-minute intro conversations are always free and always no-obligation. I also always try to ensure you leave with at least one thing that helps, whether we decide to work together or not.
