During our initial conversation we get to know each other a bit and talk about your goals, questions, concerns, etc.\u00a0<\/span>I answer any questions you may have, ask you some questions, and we discuss what working together would look like.<\/span><\/p>\n

Then we decide whether we want to go forward!<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span>Decide \u2026 shall we work together?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

After we chat, I\u2019ll send a follow up note to ensure we are on the same page and discuss next steps.\u00a0<\/span>If you\u2019re ready to work together: we\u2019ll set that up!\u00a0<\/span>And if not, we can keep in touch if you like, or you can reach back out any time.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If we\u2019re ready to begin coaching, we\u2019ll review and sign a coaching contract, I\u2019ll give you a link for your payment, and we\u2019ll set up our first session.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

There will ALSO be homework! <\/em><\/span><\/strong>(Solving for \u2018X\u2019 not required.) \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In our first session, we\u2019ll talk through the work you did ahead of the session, and any questions you may have. We\u2019ll discuss what you want to achieve, the support you have, the support you need, what you find helpful, and SO. MANY. OTHER. THINGS!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Then we\u2019ll work together to build the strategies, plans, tools, and step-by-step actions to get you to those goals. And to ensure that you are making progress, moving past roadblocks, and seeing success.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
