I LOVE IT when a plan comes together.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Taking systems, processes, projects, dreams that aren’t working they way they need to, and making them workable?
\nLOVE IT!\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

I’ve also spent a lot of time with people driven by a mission they care deeply about. And they are THE BEST<\/em> <\/span>people. <\/span><\/p>\n

BUT<\/em> <\/span>they give so focus and energy much to their mission that they don’t always keep enough back to support their own<\/em><\/span> goals, projects, processes, and let’s be honest, NEEDS<\/span>.<\/em>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

After collaborating with amazing folks in many mission-driven fields, I developed a love for using my skills and passions to help them realize their goals to build lives that suit them well without using them up.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Also, I experienced first hand, during the most difficult time in my life, how much difference having the support of a caring, effective coach can make.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Listen, we’re all adults here. We each have unique areas of knowledge, skill, experience, and gifting. So to me, it just makes sense that coaching is a collaborative process combining our strengths. And let’s be real here: YOU are absolutely the expert on YOU. So, I’m going to make sure we use that expertise to the fullest.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

My work as a coach is to help you:<\/span><\/strong>
\n– See yourself, your situation, and the point you want to get to, WITH CLARITY.<\/em><\/span>
\n– Make choices that clear away barriers and build the foundations your goals or dreams require.<\/span>
\n– Identify and develop the skills, tools, support, and other resources you need to achieve your goals.<\/span>
\n– Tie that all together in clear plans with concrete, actionable steps.<\/span>
\n– And TAKE ACTIONS THAT WORK.<\/em> Because that’s really the whole point, right?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Last but NOT least:<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0– I’m not a fan of shoulds or shames – so I’m always going to make sure coaching is a safe space that supports your growth … and I’m going to gently insist that you do the same for yourself. \ud83d\ude09<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0– As a coach, I have no interest in changing you. My job is to help you make your own changes, in areas you value, to accomplish what you want to do\/have\/be.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

– <\/span><\/span>I coach internationally, so I primarily coach online. <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/em>Video, voice, chat, and email are all tools I use every day, and I bring in other tools based on different clients’ needs.<\/span><\/p>\n

I help mission-driven people spark, create, move into, and move through changes effectively.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Sometimes transitions are things we choose<\/em> – setting and maintaining an important boundary, achieving a goal, completing a project,\u00a0 pursuing a new opportunity like opening a business, a well-deserved retirement, or a move you’ve been wanting to make.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Sometimes transitions we’d never choose, but we still need to navigate<\/em> – an illness forces a major life change, a relationship ends, the company downsizes, the test results aren’t good, a pregnancy miscarries, or burnout makes a change we never imagined suddenly become something we need to do right now.<\/em>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

ALL transitions go better if we feel truly prepared, skilled, and supported while we live them.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Transitions come in all sizes and all degrees of emotional impact. My job is to help you assess, plan, and act to make your path flow as smoothly as possible, no matter where you’re starting from, or what kind of transition you’re navigating.<\/span><\/p>\n

ALSO: I’m a HOPELESS. NIGHT. OWL. (If you see me before 10am Pacific Time – something is very, very wrong: please send help.) Thus, my hours usually mesh best with those in western Canada and the United States, as well as New Zealand and Australia. <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
