I’ve absolutely been there: that moment where everything<\/em> has fallen apart and you don’t even know where to try to start again. <\/span>And I’ve been there where you just\u00a0 … need … that one… something? But can’t quite find it. And it’s making you nuts. AND now a deadline is creeping closer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

And I’ve been at pretty much everywhere in between, too.
\nBecause life’s like that.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I know how it feels to need peace more than all the money in the world. And to have tried everything you can think of, but still not be ‘okay’. <\/span><\/p>\n

And I know the joy of finding that it CAN GET BETTER, too.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I’ve had the opportunity to move past things that were really, really, hard, and to move into things that have been really, really wonderful.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Which also means I’ve had lots of opportunity to get really good at figuring how to move though both.<\/span><\/p>\n

AND how to help other people do the same.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n


\nTHEN I learned how to intentionally support folks to make changes through dedicated coaching processes and the level of support they need to succeed.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
